MCD a failure department in every field
MCD municiple corporation of delhi now it is divided in three part but in my view MCD is a complete failure Department. you can tell every municipality in India is a completely failure body. what leads to failure - corruption - - unable to keep city clean which is primary work of municipality - no check for cleaning - no garbage management - no stern fine for garbage dumping - no responsibility - no one responsible for their work - solution - need to responsible - make responsible for their work - define daily work for their employee - check status of daily work - if fail without specific reason then need to fine - keep city clean - make garbage disposal management - declare garbage dumping zone - Heavy fine on garbage dumping on public place - check employee clean their allotted place - need surprise checking by superior - if found guilty , take concrete action - keep corruption under control - departmental inquiry - inquiry should be on ti
