हम सभी जानते हैं कि भारत लगभग सभी तरह के खेलों में बहुत पिछले हुआ है। इसके पीछे बहुत से कारण हैं। इसमे एक बहुत बड़ा कारण है कि भारत मे खेलों की संस्कृति नही है। हम सब समझते है कि खेल खेलने से कोई फायदा नहीं है यह सिर्फ समय की बर्बादी है। अगर हम सब आसपास की जिंदगी देखें तो यह सही लगता है। जैसे लगभग सभी लोग बचपन मे स्कूल के बाद कोई न कोई खेल खेलते हैं परंतु वो खेल सिर्फ मनोरंजन के लिए खेलते हैं। उन्हें कोई भी बताने वाला नही है बस बच्चे खेलते रहते रहते हैं। स्कूल के बाद यही खेल छूट जाता है क्योंकि जो बच्चे स्कूल के दिनों में खेलते थे वो आगे की जिंदगी सवारने में लग जाते हैं। बड़े शहर में खेलों का कुछ माहौल भी है परंतु छोटे शहर और गांवों में तो खेलों का कोई माहौल नही है। सब लोग अलग अलग क्षेत्रों में अपना कैरियर बनाने में लगे होते हैं। अगर हम देखे तो खेलों की ओर लोगो का रुझान सिर्फ इस लिए नही है क्योंकि लोग खेलो में पैसा नही दिखता है और उसमें कोई भविष्य भी नही दिखता है। हां, इन्ही छोटे शहरों और गांवों से लोग अपने इच्छा सकती से आगे बढ़ जाते हैं जैसे कि दुत्ती चंद और हिमा दास। अगर भारत मे खेलो को...

जब भी ट्रेन से यात्रा करता हुँ तो सीट यात्रियों से भरी होती है। स्लीपर में एक सीट पर 3 यात्री के जगह पर 5 यात्री बैठे होते हैं। कोई वेटिंग टिकट लिया तो कोई जनरल टिकट लेकर रिजर्वेशन कोच में घुस गया है। ऊपर से बेशर्मी ये की जिनका आरक्षण है उसी को बैठने या समान रखने नही देता है। पर इतनी घोषणा होने के वावजूद रेलवे यात्रियों के लिए शहुलियातें क्यों नही बढाता है। जहाँ तक हमे पता है रेलवे की हालत किसी से छिपी नहीं है। फिर भी क्यों सुधार नही हो रहा है थोड़ा सा मंथन करने पर कई कारण लगे। जिसमे सबसे पहला है कि कुछ भी कर लो हम नही सुधरेंगे। क्योंकि हमें किसी का डर नही है। और इसमें सच्चाई भी है। रेलवे कर्मचारी खुद सुधारने को तैयार नही हैं।क्योंकि इनको कोई देखने वाला नही। जरूरत ये है कि हर स्तर पर निगरानी हो ताकि कोई गलत नही कर पाए। रेलवे सिर्फ राजधानी और शताब्दी जैसी कुछ ही ट्रेनों को वरीयता नही दे बल्कि सभी ट्रेनों को समान वरीयता नहीं दे।

जब जब ट्रेन से यात्रा करता हुँ और ट्रेन देरी से चलती है तो सोचता हूँ कि भारतीय ट्रेन के देरी से चलने पर किसका फायदा होता होगा और किसका नुकसान होता होगा। कुछ सोचने के बाद जिनका फायदा और नुकसान है उसका एक निष्कर्ष निकाला। नुकसान तो सिर्फ आमलोगों का और ट्रेन से चलने वाले यात्रियों का हैं। और फायदा कई लोगो का है। जिनमे से अधिकांश परोक्ष रूप से हैं। जब ट्रेन देरी से चलती है तो यात्री को बजट गुस्सा आता है जिससे उनका ब्लड प्रेसर बढ़ जाता है। धीरे धीरे ये एक बीमारी में बदल जाता है। वैसे आम आदमी को ये सब पता ही नही चल पाता है। क्योंकि वो समझता है कि कई और कारण से बीमार हुआ है। और सच भी वही है बस ट्रैन की देरी के कारण बढ़ा हुआ ब्लड प्रेशर एक हिस्सा है। और इस कारण डॉक्टर और दवा बनाने वाली कंपनी को फायदा होता है। उसी तरह ट्रैन जितना देर होती है उतना ही खाने पीने वाला समान बिकता है। और जैसा हम सब जानते हैं ट्रैन में प्रतिदिन 1 करोड़ से ज्यादा लोग यात्रा करते हैं और लगभग 90% ट्रेनें देरी से चलती है। मतलब लगभग 90लाख लोग खाने पीने वाली चीजों को मजबूरन खरीदते हैं। ट्रैन के देरी से चलने पर ट्रेन के ड्र...
